Shipping policy

All orders placed before 2PM are dispatched within the same working day via Royal Mail or within 1 working day if placed after 2PM. Standard shipping takes 2-3 days (UK) and First Class takes 1 day. International postage takes around 7-10 days but may take longer depending on location. Please note that delivery estimates are not guarantees and that Royal Mail may be subject to delays, particularly during holiday season and bad weather conditions. In accordance with Royal Mail rules, please allow up to 2 weeks (UK) from date of dispatch and 1 month (International) for items to be declared lost. Orders not received must be reported with 2 weeks (UK) and 1 month (International) from the date of dispatch or they will not be refunded.
